The Third World Congress of Science and Medicine in Cricket will be held in Barbados from 4th - 7th April 2007. Building on the success and experience of the previous congresses held at Lilleshall National Sports Centre, England in 1999 and in Cape Town, South Africa in 2003, the meeting will be a major international event involving participants from most of the major cricket playing nations.

The Congress is sponsored by Pfizer Ltd. and is endorsed by the ICC. The congress organisers hope that sport scientists, sports medicine specialists, physiologists, academics, teachers, students, administrators and coaches with an interest in cricket will take this opportunity to participate in this meeting.
